Both men were friendly and got right to work. They vacuumed the beds to get the bugs off of them and the floor, too. They gave helpful suggestions as to how we can help them. Started a year ago due to evidence of termites in mulch. Prompt inspection and installation. Eric is our regular technician and is always thorough, and friendly. We get service every other month.
