My first time getting my hair done at African Queen braiding shop. I love the way Cecelia did my twist and I will return. Cecelia was professional, considerate and respectful. She asked me questions to ensure she did my hair the way I wanted it. I was very pleased and satisfied with the outcome of the way my hair looked. Thank you Cecelia.

I love this braiding shop. I get my braids done here every 2 months. They are very fast. My appointments always start on time. They do require a deposit when booking to secure your appointment.

When taking a deposit the details of the service/policy should be spelled out to the customer.Especially in a day were Covid is real, it is very important for companies to understand and be flexible with rescheduling appointments.I found this braiding place great but only flexible when they need to go pick up their child from school while leaving the client sitting while waiting for the braider to return.They are not as willing to be flexible unless they have the need.It's the policy of the company to have 48 hrs to switch appointments please write out your policy so all can see.
