The places I usually go to were closed, so I came here in a rush. They were very quick to get me in, but were very rough on my feet. They cut my toe with the cuticle cutters right away and it was bleeding. He acted like nothing happened when I reacted. Then, when bugging the soles of my feet, he scraped the back of my heel really hard and that bled as well. Finally when doing the hot wax, he didn’t let it cool at all before putting my feet in it. I asked him to let it cool off a bit before putting my feet in, and he said yes, but then immediately put my feet in. The tops of my feet were bright red/burned when I left.

I went in for a mani (full set) and deluxe pedi. Started w pedi and it was good, not the best I've ever had but wouldn't complain about it. BUT...... The man that works there was TERRIBLY RUDE! He was short and curt with his words. I was deciding between 2 different cokirs and asking if the could do an ombré with the 2. He was not even doing my nails. He stood up walked over, looked at me and demanded with in a very disrespectful tone "JUST PICK A COLOR!!". Other patrons raised their eyebrows and the one sitting next to me said kindly to him "I believe that's what she is doing" with discussed. I paid and tipped my tech nicely and said I'd wait to do my nails another day. He glared at me as I exited and I said Thank you to my tech. Not another word from him. Terrible customer service! Now I know why they were not bust my on a Saturday afternoon! 2-3 for the pedi. Negative 10 for him!

Been going here for a few months now. They do a fabulous on my nails, I am tough on them. They get me in right away and get down to business making my paw's beautiful again. The all are so friendly and helpful. It is a very clean and inviting place. They even have pedi chairs for the littles
