I lost the key fob to my car, so called Metro Lock. They answered before they were even open and had someone out to my house extremely fast to program me a new key fob. Extremely friendly and reasonably priced.
I took my 2016 Grand Jeep Cherokee to Metro Lock and Security to purchase an emergency backup remote in the event that my original remote become lost or misplaced. I had to return to the shop a few times because we encountered a couple glitches in the attempt to program the remote. Not a problem, things happen. I am very impressed by the unmeasurable level of friendly interactive customer service I received throughout the process. My daughters key wasn't working to get into a used car we had just bought her. We called a couple of other companies. They were rude and wouldn't give us a price over the phone. Metro Lock and Security was extremely polite and professional. They immediately quoted me a price up front and they were there within 15-20 min.
