I have been a few times for re-keys, new locks, etc. Never had a service issue or more a couple minutes wait time. Even learned a few things about locks because they were willing to talk with me.

I had I key fab that was falling apart. The button on opening the car had completely wore out. They were able to order me a new shell, replace the battery and my 6 year old key is as good as new!

I called needing repair to my vehicle that was stranded out of state...I live in Kentucky and the vehicle was in Illinois. I arranged for everything to be done by phone. When they arrived to do the repair it was not needed so they assisted with the issue and never charged me for it. This is the kind of company that you want to trust with any work you need done.
