So why do I love this place? I have no good reason because I just shave my own head so I never need to go to a salon. I mean it would be great to go and have like my lower neck shaved since I really can't see it when I'm shaving my head but it's just not worth whatever that's going to cost. There was one lady on duty but we had gotten there right with me opened and they had so many hair care products. They even have a clearance section of hair tools? Like hair straighteners and curlers whatever the hell that falls under
Amy V at JCPenney Salon in Fairview Heights is the BEST! She can always make all of my hair ideas a reality! The cut and color are perfect every time. She's mastered it all, from my son's mullet to my 80s asymmetrical style and everything in between. She's so personable and makes me feel so welcomed each time I walk in! She's got a customer for life!
