Everything was outstanding from start to finish. The sales rep was extremely helpful and no pressure. The followups from the office staff were prompt and polite. They sent texts rather than calling which made it much easier for me to respond. The crew that put on my siding was fabulous, courteous, and efficient. The gutter crew was also efficient, but I didn't get to meet them. I'm sure they were top notch and they did a great job!!! The project manager was on top of everything and made sure it was all done correctly and I was happy with their work. Highly recommend Jacob's!!!!
If your in the market for a new bath or remodel, you owe it to yourself to check out Jacob. The Jacob team ( from sales to installation) did an amazing job in the planning and superior communication. John and Eric did an outstanding job on my install. These guys are very knowledgeable and did top notch work. They went above and beyond in completing the demolition as my shower removal was extremely challenging and the full install required a FULL 3 days vs a standard 1 1/2 days. I'll certainly request these guys for any future shower installs. Very pleased with my experience.
Basement sliding door was repaired in April 2026. Work professional completed. We have previously used Jacob for 2 bathroom renovations projects and highly recommend their services. We are so pleased.
