“A life saver........... SO DO IT!!!!!!! First off, coming from someone who suffered from pcos and have went through laser hair removal before, this has by far been the best experience I've ever received. The first day I walked into the lobby it was just a loving, fresh, calm, welcoming vibe that i received. The whole entire staff are so nice and friendly and even though it was my first time in Milan, I felt like I was coming to see my bestfriends. I went in for my first treatment and scared was an understatement from past laser treatments from a different laser removal facility that didnt go well, but Milan made sure i knew the whole procedure and made sure i was comfortable before moving foward.They broke the procedure down and even gave me an slideshow consultation which was amazing. Once the nurse started the treatment it was so fast and harmless that i didnt even know we were done because i talked the whole time lol. She made me feel comfortable before evening starting and that is what i call top tier customer service. From the hospitality to the actual service was phenomenal. I can say I cried more tears of joy because I've finally found my home where I am understood without judgment.
