The people were so nice and perfessional. The Clarkson eye care at Swansea location receptionist at front desk on Thursday January 22nd at 0950am she was very rude to me because I was at the wrong location.
This was my first visit at the Fairview Heights location. The staff was nice and helpful. I arrived on time to my appointment, and they greeted me and in less then 10 minutes of my arrival.I was called to the back. Cudos to Fairview Heights Clarkson Eye Care.
Best eye appt I've ever had!! I didn't wait long to be seen, the staff was friendly & Dr. Molly was so personable & thorough & had a great sense of humor. She was not in a rush & answered all my questions in terms I was able to understand!! Sooo glad I found these guys.... won't go anywhere else!
