This is a beautiful establishment! All new stylist who are so approachable and knowledgeable! I took my daughter in for a service and she was delighted. The manager was attentive to me and my daughter. I was a previous customer when things weren’t this way….lets just say I’m ecstatic that I returned! Thank you Mikayla (stylist) for the magic you did to my daughter’s hair. Thank you to the manager/owner for your professionalism and welcoming business we will be back soon!!!
1/2024 UPDATE - Pampered Palace is under new ownership and I cannot express how happy we are with the new direction. After a few conversations with the new owner Kristen, we decided to give them another chance. I'm so glad we did. The team was professional, openly communicated what they could/could not do, and kept to the schedule that was set. Everyone was really nice and my daughter's hair is beautiful. She was happy to be back at her salon, having her time for self-care and is looking forward to her next appointment. I'm looking forward to supporting this business again.

The new owner was very kind, personable and communicative. The stylist was engaging and my daughter’s hair was beautiful! Highly recommend.
Back in September, I had a terrible experience as well. I showed up on time for my appointment, and Danielle had 2 clients ahead of my daughter and got an attitude when I said something about it, I lost my deposit and swore the place off.
The new team seems to be making a huge effort to undo what their predecessors have done, so I gave them a chance and was not disappointed.
