Actually made spending a large sum of $ enjoyable!! What a professional, yet make you feel like a part of a family company. RAB (authorized Generac Dealer) installed a Generac 22KW whole house generator and 200amp switch at my residence...also added the cold weather kit, surge protector and Wi-Fi back-up...still $1,000 less than the big box store estimate (even with a 10% military discount) and it came with a 7 year warranty. The RAB owner did the estimate...very professional and no pressure. The crew showed up on time and did a great job...both very professional and explained the system when they were done. RAB also services the generator...and they are local. Very happy with this install...A+++
