This review is only based on their lash extensions service. I have been getting lash extensions over a year and am pretty knowledgeable around them. Their customer service is amazing definitely one of the best I've received in any spa. That's being said I gave them 2 stars because the results were unfortunately not good. Maybe it might have been miscommunication, I'll give them the benefit of doubt. But I had asked for a glam look and didn't even come close to that. The lashes used were clearly too short. The process took close to 2.5 hours and I still look like I have no lashes. I was open to all their suggestions, even when they refused to do just a fill and suggested I should remove my current set, pay double the price, and get a new one. I am honestly so disappointed and upset that I even gave this place a try.

The name fits 5th Avenue is a true spa. They offer a lot of services. The staff is professional and very friendly. Jenny (the owner) is an excellent. I rarity she does not cut more than you want. I like that she doesn't try to sell me products I don't need. Magda has been waxing my brows for years. The shape is perfect Alice is fantastic, she has me sold with the eyelash extensions. She takes the time to show you how to care for them (look better and last longer). If you're thinking about Microblading your eyebrows this is the place to go. Talk about perfection! I have received so many compliments—� thank you Alice

5th Avenue is truly a spa with all of the services they offer. I found the staff to be professional yet friendly. Normally I haven't had to wait (big plus). Jennie is an excellent stylist, she offered solutions to my hair issues. A rarity she doesn't cut/trim more than you want. Alice is an expert with eyelash extensions. The application is excellent. Personally I wanted more of a natural look which she delivered. I didn't think they could look better but Alice has managed to make them look better. She takes the time to explain the care needed to maintain them. Magda is the only person I go to for my eyebrows. They are perfect thanks to her.
