Customer service is great. I have a nail shop directly across from my house but will drive here because of the service. Also quality of polish is important, I have not experienced my polish peeling.

I wasn't sure about this place based on reviews, but both my husband and I love it. They do a great job - especially on my husbands feet which are more than a bit rough as he stands for works. They are great with us and we see no racism which have experienced other places in the past. No it's not a luxury salon where they are waiting on you but it's a great price. There's is a water cooler where you can get your own water- for free. I also believe you can get bottled water but I'm not sure if there's a fee. I have seen customers come back the next day after their manicure and expect them to fix it. They will fix if it's smeared but chipped... read full review

Today we went for a manicure and pedicure at A1 Nails in Elmwood Park at 7230 w north Ave. it's nestled in a strip mall but worth the search. We were treated like royalty. My technician Loundy was awesome, she took her time and made me feel relaxed and did an awesome job.
