I have been coming here since they opened. The service is not the same since the owner had a baby and she is rarely there anymore. Pedicures are so rushed, cold water, no time to soak before getting cuticles pushed back (ouch), and the exfoliation (really important part for summer) is almost non existent (like 2 brushes with the scrubbing pad), and the scrubbing exfoliation gel / massage is about a minute. My technician hurt me multiple times and ripped/tore part of my toe nail off. After my speedy quick pedicure(that I made an appointment for 2 days later because no one answered the phone, they scheduled it for 30 minutes later than what I booked, but did accept me anyway) my toes where under the UV dryer for 3 minutes when the technician came to spray my nails and put my shoes on. This has not happened in many visits, so that is why I always time how long my toes are under the UV lamp. It was way too early and she messed up my polish and had to redo a few nails. Also no more massages while you are sitting at the drying station. I want my old Smiley back.
This salon says that they take Walking well We went there to walk in and I also called it also on the phone. The young lady told me they need to close now because I need to clean up where I'm going to do that you need to make sure you do not. Put that in your itinerary with your business hours though for example if you close at 7 PM don't tell anyone that you cannot accept. At 5:30 PM or at 6 PM because you need to clean up very rude. I'm not sure if they're pregnant or not I will find out.
Very pretty place, bright clean modern. I got a pedicure. It was the quickest pedi I've ever had. Took 20 mins. I looked over and the lady next to me had a quick one too, so my person wasn't faster or anything. There was no massage included. I told her I like my nails short (ie not long). she cut them way too short they were sore for 2 days. There was not much rubbing of dead skin either (i would say 60% but again not amazing). All in all, not the best pedi I've had but pretty darn good if you'd like something quick and pretty. My feet looked amazing after. Their prices are pretty standard, $35 for pedi
