I was referred to Nicole for blepharospasms and left hemi facial spasm. Basically, my right eye was closing and my left face was dropping and twitching uncontrollably. I am a chiropractor and always like to try a more natural route with my health, so I spent the last 9 months trying everything (PT, ultrasound, supplements.... I QUIT COFFEE!!!!) and nothing worked. Infact, it just got worse over time. I saw a neurologist, had an MRI, and everything was "fine". The recommended treatment was BOTOX. I chose not to see the neurologist for the treatment for many reasons- cost being one (I literally saved over $1500 seeing Nicole) and another huge reason was that the neurologist was only going to treat the problem area and not balance my face!!! Um, no thank you! Nicole was amazing! She is so very knowledgeable and kind. She took a minimal approach of less is more and I really appreciate that. My results are amazing. She literally changed the quality of my life! I will definitely be back.

I love this place so much! Emily is the absolute best for tox and filler and all things medspa. She is experienced and I will follow her to the end of the earth! She is kind, sweet, and takes time to listen to exactly what you want. Emily is seriously top tier. I’ve also had wonderful experiences with Natalia, Marisa, and Samantha. These estheticians are fabulous. JEM is beautiful and clean and so so welcoming. They have water, juice (for when the kids come with- and my son has def taken advantage of the free juice), prebiotic sodas, and they have different, freshly made infused water every single day. The front desk ladies are immediately your besties when you get there. They make literally every part of your appointment so easy and are truly the sweetest. I also need to shout out to their monthly membership program because it is AMAZING. You pay a set amount monthly, and it basically just banks in your client profile and that money goes toward any service you have. The best part is that if you don’t use it that month, IT ROLLS OVER and you never lose out on that money. Not to mention, you get a % off retail and tox as a member. PLUS, you get extra perks throughout the year. I have literally never had a bad experience here. I love them all and there’s a coffee shop and a cute clothing boutique right next door so I can have a little me time before or after. JEM is hands down my fave place to be. Emily is my girl. If you are looking for a medspa to call home- this is it.
