We have been using Floofins since 2021 and they have consistently given us great service for every single visit. Every walker has been reliable and professional. They go above and beyond, always attentive to our dogs, who we know can be a handful. We are so lucky our city walker told us about them when we moved to the suburbs.
I am so impressed, words escape me. Our dog was lovingly cared for in our home while we were away. Each visit came with a recap and pictures. The caregivers were all excellent! The yard was cleaned up, our packages and mail brought in, and the dog's dishes sparkling clean. We even came home to a welcome home card signed by the caregivers. After a terrible experience with a previous dog sitter, we were nervous, but this worked out charmingly. Thanks so much Floofins!
We’ve been using floofins ever since we moved to our house in Elmhurst. We started with two pets and it’s now gone up to 5! They still take great care of them (we use their vacation services), and the daily pet logs are awesome! I never have to worry about my furry friends when we are out of town. Their online booking system is also super easy and convenient - this is coming from someone who hates having to pick up a phone and call! And booking semi-last minute is possible too. Honestly, they’re the best!
