Eno home care has been outstanding to work with. We had contacted multiple home care agencies to find a caregiver for my mom but Eno home care was head and shoulders above the rest in terms of customer service, follow-up, and personal touch. From the very beginning Nick took the time to understand my mom’s situation and patiently explain options as she transitioned from rehab facility to home care. Understanding the urgency of her situation, Nick would regularly make himself available on evenings and weekends for texts and telephone conversations to ensure our needs were met in a timely manner.
