Nicole Yue is excellent at partnering with her clients to help them along the journey of staying active and healthy. My personal story involved painful tennis elbow that did not improve with physical therapy efforts alone. She helped my situation improve greatly - enough to play golf again on a regular basis. I have a high stress sit-down job, suffer from migraines, and workout regularly. I been going to Nicole for a couple of years and she is amazing. I always feel relaxed and ready for whatever is coming next. She has helped minimize the use of migraine and any pain reliever medication. My daughter, an active swimmer who has suffered from pediatric migraines, also uses Nicole for maintenance. (My daughter is 10 years old). Nicole at EFMT did an outstanding job of alleviating some chronic elbow pain I had from training. The pain persisted for well over six months, was bad enough I could not train that arm equally and it did not respond to DIY stretching routines or other solutions I could find online. Nicole did her own research and dug in (literally) to find the muscle imbalance and tightness that was causing the problem. Two sessions later and the pain is gone and I can train normally again for the first time in nearly a year. And she’s done just as well with back strains. I can’t recommend Nicole enough-her knowledge, attitude and skills are top notch.
