Working with infants, toddlers and preschoolers all day, I experience a lot of tension, stiffness and occasionally pain in my neck, shoulders and back. I began my journey with AMH 1/17/24 with Dr. Valdez. I was in terrible pain in my left lower back to my foot. With help from Andrew with stretching, Ramon with therapy massage and Dr Valdez as of today 2/17/24 the pain has subsided. Right now I still have to continue my therapy I’m 69 years young will be 70 next month. I have some stiffness that we will continue working on. Very happy with my decision on going to AMH
