This place is a joke. No one ever answers the phone and the recording places you in a continual loop so you can't even leave a message. It would also be nice to know their hours. The location could be closed but you will never know. Terrible service.

Worst home medical supply service. Every time my insurance changes I try to call and update it so there's no disruption to my supplies and it takes dozens of phone calls to get through. I spent an afternoon and morning this last time pressing redial. Last count was 20 times and only once was I able to talk to someone because I pressed a different number just to see if I could get a human being. The man said he was sending a message to the correct department to call me back. That was 5 hours ago and still no call back. This brought back memories of 3 yrs ago when I had the same issue and it took me days and countless phone calls to get through. I'm done with them....read full review

Same story as the rest of the reviews. I called 12/21/23 to order my CPAP supplies. Nothing came so I called back to confirm on 1/10/24. Nothing was done. I’ve had issues with them before. Wish I could get my advocate supplies elsewhere.
