    Just started with Advocate and it is not good. They have told me three specific times when they would call with appointment scheduling. So far zero for three. Extremely poor communication from this company.

    This is a really bad company to have to get DME from, and extremely disappointing that my ENT referred me to them for CPAP supplies. They are not very transparent with ordering and billing, and the woman who I've spoken to several times is quite rude and condescending. What is simply stunning is because of their own billing and coding issues not getting paid by my insurer, then wanted ME to call them to straighten it out. When I did that, my insurer basically said they were incompetent because they didn't file the claim correctly with the right coding, of which it is zero percent my issue or fault.     Terrible!!! Just an FYI, this company is in no way affiliated with Advocate Medical Group. They are their own business. VERY SNEAKY. Terrible customer service when you can actually speak to someone. But really good luck trying to speak to someone
