    Be warned, they have replaced most of the call center with agentic AI. The AI is incapable of completing an order to me after several different tries of several months. I have been using the same CPAP equipment for 5 months now.

    Linda the answering receptionist for the oxygen tank and supply is extremely rude. I have never been HUNG UP on multiple times when trying to order replacement oxygen for someone who has COPD, emphysema & lung cancer. She is a downfall to this company and has serious regulatory issues within herself. No professionalism.
    I have a video of her asking the ill patient “why they keep calling so much for oxygen” when they are on over 10 LT high flow.
    With there being so many suppliers this behavior is surprising to me.
    Not only did she hang up but now she answers and ends call immediately so I’m unable to order the patient tanks of oxygen. This company is a SUPPLIER!...read full review

    If I could I would give this “company” a BIG FAT MINUS 100. They don’t return phone calls , been waiting on the status of my nebulizer for nearly a MONTH. To put it bluntly they suck
