Make sure you have your ID with you and license plate number of the truck as well. You will have to provide both at the office. Which is located Southwest Corner of the building. Afterwards, you have two options. Tell the forklift driver if you could stay in the truck, they will notify when they are done unloading or loading. Second option, they will allow you to watch them unload or load. Unfortunately, you will have to wear a safety vest and steel toe boots. They will provide both, for temporary purpose of course. You return both when done. Overall, my experience wasn't as bad as others.

Came for a pick up on Sunday! Not busy at all! Got loaded in 45 min. Could come few hours earlier. It looks like they work 24/7 days. For pick up use dock door 2 to 10. Driver check in at east side of building.
