Terrible, terrible facility. Nothing but rude nasty snotty staff, they NEVER call you back when you leave a message, and if they do, they are just nasty people, and explain nothing. Just a terrible place.

I have called this office twice to make an appointment with the doctor. And Valerie is very rude. I’m in destress wheezing medicine is not working. I called and was trying to get a telehealth visit. This lady kept cutting me off while talking. Informed that they couldn’t give me any medication or refill when I didn’t ask for it. This is the second time I have been treated so nasty especially at a doctors office where they are supposed to help people. The Worst Treatment. She had to make sure she told me I canceled two previous appointments. So now I will make sure I go to every appointment Covid 19 symptoms and everything she needed to punish me. Office service not great evertime I have an office visit I have to pay a copay before I could see the doctor and I pay it but they don’t post it in their system and always end up getting billed again and to get hold of them is a pain and it take a lot of on the fixing it
