They damaged my mailbox while working on my yard and refused to replace it\. Seriously, so petty\.

Nicor hired Ranieri to replace the sod in my front yard\. To be fair, they did a good job on the sod, but while doing the work they damaged my **brand\-new mailbox**\. I had literally just replaced the mailbox and post, so it was in perfect condition when they arrived\.

As soon as they finished, I went outside to inspect the work, immediately noticed the mailbox was damaged, and reported it to Nicor\. Their response? They wanted pictures and video proof of the damage\.

Highly not recommended. Employees of this organization have been filling up their industrial water trailer tanks from fire hydrants which are owned by cities and funded by tax payers. In the process damaged not only the fire hydrants but citizens landscape.
