PT Solutions of Elk Grove at Physicians Immediate Care - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

PT Solutions is a great place for therapy. I had Grant was my physical therapist and he is so wonderful!! I have been a patient for a few years now and can’t complain with the service. Grant is very knowledgeable, encouraging, patient, and very upbeat! I like it that my visits are one on one sessions and they customize your abilities on what you can do! I always looked forward to going to therapy and happy leaving after my sessions! You will be amazed and they are phenomenal!!!

I came in for a few different issues. High anxiety and stressed out for hours. I did have to wait a bit but the care was excellent. The tech or whoever took my vitals and who I saw initially- Sara was great. Dr Erin... not sure if that's her first name or last name but she was awesome. Great bedside manor and extremely kind. Everything that you'd want your doctor to be. Just wanted to give a shout-out to the health care workers. Thanks for making my experience pleasant. Highly recommend Dr. Erin

7/2021 First time here Monday 7/26. 5 stars for the staff and facilities. Was tough for us because we had an appointment for a Covid test and they were running 90 minutes behind for some reason. Had to sit in our car until ready. Frustrating. But the staff was friendly and helpful. Spoke on the phone to Becky several times while we waited. She was pleasant and reassuring. That helped. Seth was great in onboarding us as new patients and taking vitals, etc. And then Dr. Nitin Soorya was very gracious in talking with us about the results and next steps.
