Lakemoor Dental in EGV is always amazing. From the Dentists to the Hygenists to the Office workers. But I have to give a shout out to Millie today - she is so professional, but also caring and patient. She recently helped me thru a very stressful dental situation in such a reassuring, sweet way. They are so dedicated to providing people with information and guidance on what they are doing and how I can do better to avoid dental issues. I am so relieved I found this office!! Remember to clean your teeth, people!! Makes our lives and their jobs easier :)
Great people that do great work! I just switched to Lakemoor Dental Elk Grove just over a year ago and have been nothing but happy with my experiences! The entire staff is wonderful! Rose at the front desk is so helpful with appointments always being flexible with my work hours and explaining insurance and billing. My daughter just adores Kristen, our hygienist, she’s friendly, very thorough. I’ve dealt with 4 dentists there myself. My absolute favorites were Dr Patel, so friendly, explained what she was going to do, kept making sure I was ok...and most recently Dr Moore...she fixed my front tooth...it was chipped. She did a FANTASTIC job! It looks great. She kept apologizing for it taking so long but said “it’s your front tooth, I want it perfect”...and it was and it did not take too long! And Leah, the assistant! She is super personable and makes sure your comfortable! I’m so happy I found Lakemoor!
A dental office that doesn't have that weird dentist smell!! Everyone is very kind and gentle. They take the time to make sure you're relaxed and comfortable. The chairs massage you while getting worked on, very nice little bonus!!
