We had 3 sets of commercial doors replace in Feb of 2024. One door intermitantly would not close properly. Would have to be fenagled to get the top to latch properlly. We finally got around to contacting Industrial. Steve stopped out and found the issue, adjusted the locking mechanism with a shim. All set, resolved. Thank You Steve : )
