I have been a proud member of Get Fit EGV CrossFit in Elk Grove Village for several years now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. So happy I found this place 6 months ago.Coach Ro & her team are amazing coaches and just great people. I love that they offer scaled workouts to meet me where I'm at but still push me to the next level. It's not about what I can't do, it's about what I CAN do. The class sizes are small which means lots of direct feedback from coaches and support from my workout buddies!The positive approach, welcoming atmosphere and the support to push forward is just what I was looking for when I came to EGV GetFit.October 2023 - Adding a few pictures, driving by you'd never guess this awesome space is upstairs of a non descript office building!
I started attending small group functional training classes at Get Fit EGV | CrossFit Elk Grove Village to stay active with some friends while our kids were at their own class. It had been many years since I was in any gym so I was a bit nervous and clueless at first. Coach Ro was patient and encouraging while helping me modify the movements to what I could do without making me feel bad that I was at different levels. She was able to play to my strengths so that I could see my potential and feel accomplished each week. All of the members that I have taken classes with have been supportive and fun to be around.
