She initially did the patch test on me and my first appt was very personalized and done with care. She is very passionate with her work/art and we bonded right away. I knew I was in great hands. I had my eyebrows done at another salon and they didn't look great, so thank goodness Shami slowly removed my old microblading eyebrows, and now they look normal. Now with laser their machine is awesome, I did my entire body, lasered my legs after 2 sessions, results are amazing. after 6 sessions I barely have any hair, I come for touchups once a year! no more shaving or waxing!!! I also get my lashes done here, Rum is another queen, she's excellent at giving me perfect lashes and truly brings out my eyes! this place is clean, staff is wonderful, I'll NEVER go elsewhere to get any beauty done!“

The polish didn't chip quickly either. The salon was clean. It didn't seem like the massage chair worked but it could have been the one I was in.“
