I was seen by Dr. Shah and diagnosed with “the beginnings of glaucoma” and potential optical damage after being put through a battery of machine tests and put on latanoprost after what I felt was a not thorough eye exam by her. I had never had an abnormal result when tested at Visionworks. I was distrustful of the diagnosis and sought a second opinion. The second doctor said to stop the eye drops immediately. After two visits I was told that my tests were normal and that my eye pressure runs high. I would not recommend Dr. Shah.

Dr. Shah explains nothing. She told me I have the beginning of glaucoma and prescribed eye drops. I will be getting a de one opinion. I need a doctor I can trust. They tested my right eye with an out of date prescription. I told her I was guessing the letters. She did seem to care that my prescription was wrong during the field vision test. Very transactional and just wants me coming in frequently for eye test. I want a human being who really examines my eyes and doesn't depend on a piece of equipment.

I was very pleased with my service from this office. The scheduling person informed me of the Covid procedures prior to me showing up and this helped everything go smoothly. When I arrived I had a minimal wait time. I worked with Enrique, Paloma, and Dr. Shah. They were very professional and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Dr. Shah was especially good and she came up with a treatment that seems to be working for my eyes. Thank you!!
