First I'd like to thank Brian Kiro, Lucas and Ian for the professional EarthTec QZ treatment that was performed at Apple Canyon Lake. This three process treatments that started in July and finish in August was a highly sophisticated. ACL had 15 miles of shoreline that were part of the process to kill zebra mussels. This is the largest shoreline process performed in Illinois. The McCloud Team performed professionally. Their communication was the best, keeping ACL informed. They are professional in every way making the project easy for ACL. Thank You and Team McCloud

We started using McCould services to treat our 5 acre pond. Great service. Kristina is very knowledgeable and is willing to take personal care in correcting the damage the last company did for years. We've used McCloud Aquatics since 2020 to maintain water quality and address cattail growth. We have a challenging location with a shallow body of water. They have consistently taken the time to work with us to develop solutions for our pond and are upfront with their opinions on what will work and what might not work. Early on in our relationship we had some issues with mechanical breakdowns and weather related interruptions. McCloud has been fair in their dealings with us to ensure an equitable resolution to these situations.
