Not sure how to even begin. During the night 6/24/24 a trunk of a very large old Maple came down on my patio roof, and the next day a good size branch onto my garage. After seeking a first opinion with quote of $5,000 to take the front have of the tree down, I thought it best to get a second opinion. By a rare experience I heard about HGTS Inc. They were here within about 3 hrs. I learned so much from Anastasia, who highly recommended the whole tree come down and showed me why. This was devastating for me as this tree was the center if my sanctuary back yard garden. I listened, as she so clearly, helped me recognize the risk of further damage to my property and so important, my neighbors. Hugo, her husband came back with her that night and gave me a quote for $3,600 to remove the whole tree and grind the stump. That potentially saved me several thousand if tree was left standing to create further damage and then have to take the tree down. So grateful!!! Anastasia’s concerns were seen when the next morning during an additional storm, before they got here, the branch she pointed out to me came down on my garage. Within a couple hours of that storm they were here in full force. What an amazing family and team of workers. An additional benefit over my first opinion is that I did not have to have my electrical power shut off to begin the work. They are certified to do the work without disconnecting. I cannot say enough about their promptness, professionalism, thoughtfulness and as a additional blessing gave me ideas of how to bring new interest to my back yard in place of my tree. They are helping me create a centerpiece where the stump was with a fire pit, and also new ideas for a colorful tree. They cleaned up the huge mess very nicely and were good to point out areas for insurance inspection. They have also been good at follow up to see if I had any questions or needs . They turned what seemed to be a huge loss into a real blessing. I would give them 5 plus stars and am thrilled to refer them without hesitation. Thank you HGTS Inc.

The guys did awesome work and really worked quickly and safely. Great clean up job after also. The neighbors were amazed at how great they did with our trees.

I recommend this service because they are the best, like they say no job to big no job too small they do do it all, and because it's been in buisness for more then25 yrs. if they say they are going to do it they will do it with pleasure, and with perfection. "Mock my words"
