We had a gas leak coming from the water heater control module in our furnace & storage room. The technician, Alex, was quick to arrive, super friendly, helpful in describing the problem and was able to replace and stop the leak very quickly. We appreciate the urgent response to a concerning situation and the incredible help from Alex and the entire EPI team. Would highly recommend!Services: Water tank repair

Holiday weekend, our water heater was leaking, and our plumbing company was not available even for emergencies! I saw EPI advertised in our Del Webb magazine, Lifestyles. The woman who answered the phone was so helpful! She ordered a new hot water heater, had it delivered and booked the plumbers to be here, all within a few short hours. We highly recommend them and they are our new plumbers!

Great staff, was able to come clean & descale our tankless hot water heater within 48 hours after it was not giving us warm water at all times. Will use Enterprise Plumbing out of Elburn again!
