Went in to have a battery replaced in a watch. Very friendly and helpful people. Took care of me right away and the price was very reasonable. I looked around a little while waiting. If you're looking for something for someone special, this place should be at the top of your list.
I stopped by this jewelry store near the Walmart in Effingham while looking for a nose ring after I lost mine. Unfortunately, they didn’t have nose rings in stock, but I was able to find a single earring that worked perfectly as a substitute. The ladies working there were extremely friendly and helpful, and they took the time to assist me in finding something that would work. Great customer service and a pleasant experience overall. I would definitely come back if I’m in the area again!
I took 3 watches in for batteries. I did not buy them there but the ladies were excellant. They fixed all 3 in a short time and a great price. They weee very friendly and treated me like I was a long standing customer and now I will be, thank you.
