Marion Eye Center in Effingham was like a well-oiled machine. Each care person seemed to have their space and role they had continuous communication. This allowed patients to be given their necessary tests and services. The doctor was accommodating toward both the staff and the patient. He explained my situation suburbly and offered options. I chose one option but then considered others. In both my choices he gave me instant solutions. In fact I was surprised that they accommodated me to have a procedure that very day. Everyone in the office was quite nice. Check in was quick and easy. Assistant helping with preliminary information and testing was quick and pleasant. Appointment was at 1. Was still waiting to see Dr at 2. Dr is new and was taking her time with me - which was appreciated. Left the office at 3:30. Only drawback was spending 2.5 hours in the office.
