The best aspect of working with IC Construction was they did what they said they would. Isaak worked closely with our insurance agent and Lana provided timely responses in terms of schedule expectations. And the final product: New roof and siding that makes our house look brand new. Absolutely no complaints.
We had suffered tornado damage. They were there for us for the entire process since this was all new to us. They were always there to answer my stupid questions without judgment. The roofing crew was here for over 13 hours; they were incredibly hard workers. The gutter crew just left. We still have some work that needs to be done; but so far, I’m very pleased and very impressed. Lana and Isaac have been great to work with. Thank you for everything so far.
I was so impressed with the company from start to finish. Their customer service went above and beyond — they guided us through every step and made the whole process simple and stress‑free. The roofing crew was incredible as well, respectful, fast and efficient. Our new roof looks fabulous! Highly recommend.
