They have always done a great job with my son’s crazy thick hair and they’ve always been polite, but they forgot to honor his coupon today and then said there’s nothing they can do since he already paid. I’m sure there’s something they could do—like give him a refund or a coupon for his next haircut. They chose not to, and rather than taking any accountability, they placed the blame back on my child for not reminding them again. The extra $10 we paid due to the error is not going to break the bank, but I’m disappointed with the customer service.

finally decided to get a mohawk! went in, had about a 7 minute wait, and got THE BEST haircut i think I've EVER had. The woman who cut my hair was so enthusiastic about my unconventional style! She did such a good job too!! My friend also got a haircut (scene bangs) and she's EXTREMELY picky about her hair and how it's styled, but she absolutely digs what she got. 10/10 will 100% be going back!!!Service: Haircut
