They get me in same day every time I call. From the front desk, to nurses, to the dr it's an exceptional experience. They really do care and knowing I'm in such empathetic and knowledgeable hands, I couldn't feel more at ease. I am so thankful for each and everyone of you at Prompt Care.
Dr. Navi actually looks out for your best interest and always has a great attitude. I have had doctors in the past only say 2 words and will not answer my questions. Ever since I have been going to Dr. Navi, he has told me the truth and has helped me get my body in order. The process is smooth from scheduling to treatment.
