“I brought my 7 year old daughter in to get her ears pierced. Katelyn is absolutely amazing!!! She is super chill, super professional, and super patient. I was initially concerned that we might get a gold-plated earring, which could have triggered an allergic response, but, thankfully, Katelyn only offered us a stainless steel option. My daughter wasn't feeling too confident about getting the second ear pierced after she experienced the first one (lolz). Katelyn quietly explained to me that kid piercings can take up to an hour, as she waits until the kiddo is ready. Katelyn may be super patient, but I am not; I bribed my child with extra screen time if we could get home in time. She gripped my hands and Katelyn quickly and efficiently pierced the second ear with no setbacks. We are following the provided care instructions, and we have had no issues a week later. I will 10/10 recommend her to anyone and everyone! Thank you so much for such a great experience for my daughter's first piercing!“
