    We live right across the street from one of Pfund’s projects. If there have ever been any concerns, I’ve personally reached out to them and they respond immediately. Even one Sunday afternoon some of the fencing they had protecting their project had blown over due to high winds. They came out on a Sunday and fixed it within hours of reporting it. Today, they plowed the large heap of snow the city had left blocking the egress at the end of our driveway. This was not their responsibility and they could’ve easily just cleared their parking, but Matt Pfund himself cleared us a path. That says a lot about the Pfund family and their business.     Pfund Construction is in charge of the construction site in Edwardsville at the old police station, and I work right next door. The iron workers that were present earlier this year were welding and plasma cutting letting hot metal particulates fall from the 5 story tall building. This completely ruined most of the clear coat on my personal vehicle, and 4 other vehicles in my work parking lot. I have gotten a quote for $2,600 for my vehicle alone. My $40,000 car is now essentially worthless, it looks absolutely horrible. The man in charge at this site and his company is refusing to pay for damages or set things straight.     My husband Brent Geary wrote a review about how the company is inconsiderate of the neighborhood and how they are making construction noises seven days a week.The company has replied to his review with a lie.They did not come here this Sunday and repair fences, we watched the entire time they were here. They came loading their heavy machinery...and when loading they were dropping the chains, putting machinery in reverse making the beeping sound. They loaded a track ho and extra buckets. Not sure how "wind" was disruptive to such a large piece of machinery nor to the 1000 - 2000 pound accessory bucket.They unnecessarily dropped heavy metal repeatedly while loading,...read full review
