Lauren was fantastic with my 5 year old boy! She matched his enthusiasm and humor as they discussed Pokemon. They held conversation for the entire cut. Not to mention, his cut was so cute!

The front door didn't work, the side door did, and it was labeled properly (thankfully). I didn't really expect much, only wanting to cut my long hair shorter, I was warned of the possibility of my hair shrinking further upon going from long to short, which was nice and it helped me make the best decision I could make, my haircut was pretty bad but only on my decision, and they have a free second cut to people unsatisfied with theirs for a week after your haircut, which I may go and use, in general I can't fault great clips. But it certainly was no 5 star.
