I tried all three services they offer and had the best time. Everyone who works there was so kind and sweet and helpful. If you can, definitely take advantage of this great resource - thank you all for providing a safe space to heal and refresh.

I really wasn't sure what to expect, but I heard that it's not only relaxing but therapeutic. Something my husband and I both needed. The online appointment is really easy to set up, but I ended up having to call in to complete my reservation. Operator's (me) error for sure. The lady who helped me complete the reservation was very helpful and personable.The place doesn't look at all like I expected because it looks like a house. But it's clean and looked well maintained. The young man who was there to assist us and check us in was very pleasant and answered all of our questions. It's small, but everything is there that we needed to fulfill the experience. I love the staff and set up. Always so clean and nicely put together. I feel taken care of here. Have been using their infrared sauna for quite some time now, I love the monthly membership. Just had my second 90 min massage with Dawn. I have gotten regular massages for years. First time in a long time I have had this much range of motion in my neck?. I wish I could do weekly massages, wouldn't that be amazing!!
