I was kept informed in a timely manner about every step of the process. The installers themselves were also very friendly and experienced. When they left, they made sure everything was left just like they found it. Complete install and activation was done in a timely manner. Very happy so far.
Overall wonderful experience. Eric Jackson was an absolute pleasure, very knowledgeable and attentive. I got a great deal that saves me money from day one with no up front cost. I also wanted to say that the installation crew were top notch, everything looks great, they got it done in a day, cleaned up and were so polite.
We had a positive experience working with Tom Hildt of Equals Solar. Tom was very informative. He did not rush his presentation, and patiently answered all of our questions. While not high pressure, Tom is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained all facets of a solar system. He took the time to get to know us and personalized his presentation accordingly. Tom is very effective and a consummate professional.
