I cannot rave enough about APG Edwardsville! From the incredible staff to the outstanding facility, they are top tier. I'm naming names right here at the beginning, and if I leave anyone out, I APOLOGIZE! There was Jodi, Nicole, Micah, Paul, Chris, Sara, Melissa, and Janelle. They were all outstanding!
Out of desperation, I booked an appointment at Associated Physicians Group in Edwardsville (March 2025) because I was in unbearable pain, and barely able to walk due to a herniated disc in my neck. A special shout out to GG the receptionist for Dr Nelson office of Next Step. GG is professional, friendly, well-spoken, and kind her friendly soft voice is a lift to your spirit before receiving medical care from Dr Nelson. 5 +stars ? GG.
If you ever need real physical therapy, this the place. As a disabled veteran with injuries I’ve been in several rehabs. These guys are the Gold Standard. The facilities are immaculate and equipment is great. I’ve had knee and shoulder injections which are scary to say the least. The staff eases your stress and makes you feel like your family. Every aspect is adjusted to fit your needs. Receptionists, therapist and all the staff are above any hospital. They listen and then explain how they are going to help you get thru everything. Only place i will ever use!
