Me being a teen, I decided last minute to get a (polyester) dress altered for homecoming. It was originally below the knee, so I planned to get a regular hem(shortened) but had an idea where top layer is shorter than underneath as the hem. Fair pricing for the short time I needed it back! Cost depended on timing, amount of fabric (measurement) & its type. Went on a Saturday morning and received it back INSTANTLY before the following weekend. Had my prom dress altered here in high school and they did a wonderful job! This week I was in a bind to get something altered for a business trip, so I called and the customer service was fantastic.
What a wonderful company this is. I took a military jacket to them, that my husband wanted to wear on this months Honor Flight, to have some patches sewn on. The ladies were so nice and fitted me in even though they were very busy. When I went to pick it up the owner announced that there no charge and to “Thank him for his service “ what a wonderful company. I will be singing their praise forever.
