Customer service is always excellent. They always have a suggestion or just the right fix to altering our dresses. They are beyond fair in pricing. And our dresses are always done exceptionally well, even when they are a “rush” job. My only option for alterations for any occasion. Thanks!

Me being a teen, I decided last minute to get a (polyester) dress altered for homecoming. It was originally below the knee, so I planned to get a regular hem(shortened) but had an idea where top layer is shorter than underneath as the hem. Fair pricing for the short time I needed it back! Cost depended on timing, amount of fabric (measurement) & its type. Went on a Saturday morning and received it back INSTANTLY before the following weekend. Wonderful job, service, friendly talks and care! Looks professional and good as new! Totally recommend this place!~Oct.2025

Had my prom dress altered here in high school and they did a wonderful job! This week I was in a bind to get something altered for a business trip, so I called and the customer service was fantastic.
