Customers describe the team as great, professional, friendly, and respectful. They showed up on time, completed the job quickly, and walked customers through the system and expectations. The team answered questions and explained how radon mitigation works. One customer shared data and pictures before the appointment and received responsive feedback and ideas, including photos of a recent garage installation. Scheduling happened less than two weeks after the first call. The customer experience was seamless from start to finish, with automated texts and simple billing and payment. During installation, the team was calm, methodical, and strategic in evaluating routing options. Workmanship was top notch, neat, and cleaned up. One job was completed in under four hours. The team customized a sump pit cover with a viewing window and sealed it properly. The system was routed through the garage and attic, keeping the fan protected. Radon levels fell from 4–5+ pCi/L to 0.4 pCi/L by the next morning. Another customer’s radon level was almost undetectable within a day, and CO2 levels were in the green after an April Aire ventilation system. The team also worked around the chaos of a house freshly moved into. The installation was quick, seamless, and gave great piece of mind. Customers highly recommend Air Sense Environmental.
