One of the main reasons I use R&L Carriers, is that i can depend on J.R. Chrismer (Driver) to pick up our freight. I have used other carriers, but none are as consistent & dependable for pick ups, & on time deliveries as R&L!!

Jacob Bender was absolutely phenomenal! He unloaded pallets for us due to an issue with dock access and stayed on the phone with me as I was getting through to a team member on site to assist. He was positive, patient and willing to help in any way possible to get the shipment in the doors and secured. While I was scrambling, he was just happy to help. What a great team member and a valuable asset to the company. Willing to go above and beyond. Customer service was 11/10. Thank you, Jacob!

Edit Review: Justin, the service center manager called me to discuss the incident. He let me know that’s not the way the company operates and that he will talk to the driver about next time pick up the pallet piece when it breaks off and place it in the truck to be returned to the distribution center.

The driver left a piece of pallet wood that had a nail sticking out of it in the middle of the road. One of my neighbors push it to the curb of my driveway and another neighbor put it in my grass. I rewind my cameras to see who put it there and why is when I saw that when the driver was unloading the pallet on the pallet truck with my doors on it he dropped...read full review
