My very nervous puppy loves Yvonne and she is patient with his behavior. He's a cute little handful, and she seems unfazed by it. She does a great job with a dog who would rather play and cuddle.
Adding to the growing chorus of positive reviews! Yvonne was friendly and kind to my fearful puppy, who had never been groomed before. Despite how wiggly and scared I know he must have been, she still managed to make him look adorable. This is especially impressive considering he has a very soft "feathery" puppy coat that can be quite difficult to tame. I will definitely be back!
I highly recommend going to The Grooming Gallery! I took my golden retriever in today, and he came out looking fantastic!! Yvonne is very kind and great with animals, I'll definitely be going here from now on! Thank you so much!!
