Brought my MacBook Pro in for repair and they had it ready the next morning! And y’all don’t even know how good their customer service is- they helped me out when I locked my keys in the car in the snow. So kind and very versatile in services.

I was highly impressed by Heart. My 5k iMac died and I knew it was not going to be an easy fix. I did field service for IBM for over 21 years before being Apple certified working on Macs for 17 years. Doug Meiner had to put a lot of effort into it to get it sorted out. I ended up with a flawless fix at a very reasonable cost. Heart has the feel of a real class act. I would return there and can recommend them without reservation.
