I had a wonderful appointment with Dr Walz. From the receptionist, to the nurse, to the dr- beyond my expectations. They reviewed my info, and explained in detail his findings and plan.
It was refreshing to meet a dr who told me I needed nothing! No follow up visit, no anything.
I highly recommend Dr Walz to anyone having dental issues.
I have suffered for the better part of a decade with TMJ disorder and Trigeminal Neuralgia. On January 9, 2019, I went into Dr. Jack Walz's office with hope, only to be disregarded and told that I would never work again, because my case was too complex. This was disheartening to hear at only 29 years old. I have since found a TMJ specialist and maxillofacial surgeon who found ways to help me and brought hope back into my life. I strongly advise against using Dr. Jack Walz.
I'm sorry but I've never got a chance to meet him. And I now don't want to and could care less about it. What company has a policy of being kicked out because you've rescheduled,not missed appointments but rescheduled just to find a better fit. I was told that because my history from rescheduling 3 times, that I was ommited from his practice with no incubation period of returning. What does that type of history have to do with being taken off of a list unless he has a specific preference on who to serve or if the money would be the issue, which wasn't the issue with me.
