I had issues with my sump pump and back-up, with a small flood today, and Paul and Nick were able to replace them with a new sump/backup system, and replaced my upstairs toilet, which had hidden issues underneath. I also met with Paul last Sat to pick out flooring for a bathroom - a couple weeks out.
Paul and Nick were efficient, hard working, and explained everything. Paul has a good sense of humor and he's very personable. I'm thankful for their good work, and I look forward to getting more projects done in the near term!
Wow! Paul saved my house from even more possible damage! Called him to come fix my vent hood. The previous people who installed it had done it completely wrong. He walked me thru step by step, very professional, great sense of humor, and his daughter kimber is pretty awesome too. If you have any home needs repaired, definitely call the Doc! We had him build a new deck for us as well as repair our old deck and connect the two. It was quite a project and we couldn't be happier with the final outcome. Reasonably priced and shows up even in unbearable heat. All his employees were great and very respectful of our home. Highly recommend him and he came highly recommended by our neighbor as well.
